Shared Living / Extended Family Homes (EFH)
Shared Living/Extended Family Home services are delivered in a private home by an independent contractor of the provider agency (MAGIS). The independent contractor is authorized to deliver direct services and supports that effectively meet Individual’s specific needs. Shared Living/Extended Family Homes facilitate the inclusion of the Individual into the daily life and community of the provider through the sharing of a home and creation of natural opportunities that promote social connectedness.
Supported Employment
Supported employment is the 1:1 formalized training and staff supports for an Individual to maintain a job in competitive, customized, or self-employment, in an integrated work setting in the general workforce.

VISION
At MAGIS, our priority is about cultivating the relationship between the Individual served and the right Provider. Finding a precise fit means the MAGIS team is personally invested into each pairing.
In addition to meeting state qualifications, MAGIS Provider Candidates participate in a series of interviews conducted by the MAGIS team led by Executive Director, Nicholas Andrews.
Upon determination the Candidate is a proper fit for MAGIS, the selected Provider waits for the precise Individual. MAGIS does an extensive evaluation of the medical and social history of the Individual being served to match with a Provider that has the skills and assets necessary to compliment the Individual’s unique needs.
MAGIS’ goal is to help the Individuals we serve in reaching their personal potential. By placing a focus on finding the right match MAGIS reduces the number of Providers coming in and out of the Individual’s life and builds strong relationships that create long-term success.
